After working with the project for 9 weeks, I am definitely more confident and productive than I was before. One of my task for this week is to write a REST api for the GNU debugger. I am familiar with the structure of a REST api because I have been  interacting with other existing REST application programming interfaces for the past few weeks. Hence, I was able  to finish the debugger api in three days.

This week, I spent most of my time studying JSON because I need to parse an unordered map and return a JSON object in the debugger’s api. I am totally unfamiliar with JSON before this so this was quite a challenge for me. Thankfully, my wonderful colleagues were there to guide me with their experience.

Now that my internship has come to an end, I would like to thank everyone in Aeste for making this internship a great journey for me. I’d also like to thank Dr Shawn for giving me this opportunity to learn when I have less than a year of programming experience.

Cheers! Till we meet again.
